team members & training

Our team is composed of highly trained volunteers. Our members possess a wide range of skills and backgrounds including combat veterans, former law enforcement officers, cyber security specialists, victim advocates, social workers, medical personnel, experienced agents that routinely work with other anti-trafficking organizations, and even survivors of exploitation. Twice per year, our dedicated team members complete rigorous training to prepare for humanitarian missions. Training consists of field first aid (PMARCHP), rescue coordination, detailed mission planning, Open-Source Intelligence Gathering (OSINT), case-building techniques, trauma-informed communication, and crisis intervention/stabilization methods. Due to the sensitive and high-risk nature of our work, personally identifying features have been intentionally obscured to protect our volunteers, strategic partners, and survivors.
